About Pilates by Design

Judi Savage, Pilates by DesignAt Pilates By Design, I believe Pilates is the gateway to enhance your quality of life, both physically and mentally. As a Pilates Practitioner, and Personal Trainer, I will motivate you to discover your inner strength no matter your fitness level or fitness goals. My passion for teaching will give you good technique and improve your ability to move through life with renewed strength. My past experience as a Personal Trainer is incorporated into my Pilates teaching method to provide a more athletic approach.

Pilates is an exercise system designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, strengthen core, and improve mind-body connection. The results and benefits are endless, including major core strength, improved posture, and stress reduction.

I have 2 Studios , one in the Binbrook area, and one in Burlington. Both studios are well appointed with Reformer, Stability Chair, Barre, as well as small apparatus to enhance your workouts (bosu, rotational discs, foam rollers, toning balls, fitness circles, etc). CORE POWER BARRE classes are offered at the Burlington Studio, private sessions are offered in both locations.
